Client Consultation

The first stage in the design project is perhaps the most important – Client consultation! We encourage ALL potential clients to actively participate.

At this consultation we will ask various questions to determine exactly what it is YOU want from your website. Client input is welcomed and encouraged. We will explain everything about the proposed project and your responsibilities and requirements. Once we know what you want your website to convey we move to the next stage.

Its as easy as can be!

Wireframe & Mockups

At this stage we will build out a rough Wireframe of the proposed design for your consideration and comments.

We will then build out a Mockup of the site using dummy text and images showing all proposed pages. This will be a ‘working’ example of the proposed finished site that you will be able to navigate through and see the ‘user experience’. At this stage you can advise any changes that you would like to be made to the site.  Clients can request unlimited changes at this stage to ensure that the site is exactly to their liking prior to us moving on to the ‘production build’.

Once the client is happy with the design we will request the actual text and images from the client that is to be used in the ‘production build’ and move to the next stage.

Design & Sign Off

At this stage the coding, development and design of the previously agreed mockup design is carried out to produce the finished site. The client then ‘signs off’ on the design and the site goes live.

Any materials requested/needed from the client will be required no later than this stage.

Launch & Support

The exciting stage – LAUNCH! Your site is uploaded to your hosting space on the internet and is available for all to see.

Our commitment to you does not end here though – we will monitor your site to ensure that all is working perfectly and will be on hand to provide any support and help that you may require during the early stages of your live website.
